Five Miniatures  (guitar)  was originally published by Oxford University Press in the Guitar Styles series which included Rock (Brian May and Michael Stimpson), Bass (Alphonso Johnson), Jazz (John Etheridge and others), Flamenco (Paco Peña) and Folk (John Reborn)  alongside the Classical volume (David Bedford and others). Recently  out offprint with OUP, a new volume of Five Miniatures can be purchased from this website.
